Den 4 has 9 boys who meet 2 Fridays a month.
The meetings are at 4:45-5:45. We alternate the location
between Greis Park and OLP's Parish House.
Den 4 had their first meeting for the New Year on Janusary 9th at Greis Park.The Scouts had a lot of fun making personal pizzas and wolf shaped cookies.
Also, we know how much fun it is to have a special collection. The boys are taking turns sharing a collection of 10 items. So far we have seen collections of:

Christmas Ornaments
DS Games
Baseball Caps
Baseball Cards
2007 - 2008 News
Thanks to Mike Bologna taking the time out of his busy schedule, the
Tiger Cubs enjoyed a tour of the Herald Newspaper. The boys were amazed how
the paper is printed. They could not believe that 4 colors can make over 1million colors.
One role of paper weighs 1,000 pounds. They had a lot of fun learning about the
work that goes into printing a newspaper.
At our April den meeting, the boys did a great job on their food pyramids and maps.
They also had fun learning magic tricks.
We started Spring by taking a one mile hike around the pond in Hendrickson Park.
The boys had fun and earned a black bead.
In March, recycling was discussed at our meeting. The boys made piggy banks
out of recycled soda bottles. Look for our display at the 3/14 Pack Meeting.
In February they learned a lot about the Chinese New Year.
Each boy made a beautiful and colorful dragon.
In January the boys met Firefighter Dom at Tally-HO firehouse.
The boys had fun while learning about the importance of fire safety.
